Mr. Donald Marion Condon, Jr.

Donald Marion Condon, Jr., born in 1949, was appointed Managing Director of Titan in July 2003 and re-designated as a Director with effect from 1 July 2006. He has been involved in the industrial and energy business for over 30 years and has experience in general management, business development, acquisitions and divestitures, finance, marketing, operations and strategic planning. He is now the Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning and Business Development of Westlake Chemical Corporation. Prior to joining Titan, Mr. Condon was the President of Conoco Energy Ventures Inc, Houston.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Economics and Personnel Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has read graduate studies at the University of Delaware, the University of Bridgeport, and the Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the Petrochemical Committee of the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association (NPRA). He does not hold any directorships in other public companies. He was named the American Express/Business Times Malaysia CEO of the year in 2005.
