Mr. Warren William Wilder

Warren William Wilder, born in 1957, was appointed Managing Director of Titan Chemicals Corp. Bhd. on July 10, 2008. He was formerly the Senior Vice President Olefins at Westlake Chemical Corporation where he was responsible for the leadership and strategy of the business. Before joining Westlake, he had positions with Exxon and Koch Industries. He has led businesses in North and South America and in Europe, and has conducted business extensively in Asia. He is a Director of ICO Polymers (Nasdaq-listed company).

He graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle and completed his MBA in Finance at the University of Chicago, Chicago. He does not hold any directorships in other public companies in Malaysia.
