Operational Flexibility

Titan Chemicals two crackers are designed back-to-back to optimize the sharing of infrastructure while allowing independent operation of each cracker. It also allows flexibility during turnarounds and reduces the potential impact on polyolefin production in the event of a scheduled or unscheduled outage of either cracker.

The polyolefin plants are also configured to provide flexibility and cost efficiency. Titan Chemicals has two production facilities. The facility in Merak consist of three polyethylene plants, while the other facility in Curug is capable to produce BOPP material.
