Power and Steam Generation Facilities

Titan Chemicals owns and operates two co-generation plants, one each at its Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Langsat sites. These co-generation plants have a combined installed power capacity of 92 MW, which is sufficient to meet the power requirements of Titan Chemicals production facilities at peak usage. The co-generation plants are powered by a mixture of natural gas sourced from Petronas Gas Sdn Bhd ("Petronas Gas") and fuel gas produced from the two cracker plants.

Co-generation plants also produce high pressure (HP) steam for internal consumption, through the HRSG system. Total steam production capacity from HRSG unit is 295mt/hr.
