Production Facilities

Titan Chemicals' task of producing materials which enhance the lives of Malaysians and millions more abroad requires a vast investment in both infrastructure and human resources. Through strategic integration of its production capabilities, superior operations and human resource management, Titan Chemicals has excelled in delivering a wide range of products to meet the most demanding needs of the fabrication industry.  PP and PE are used in a wide variety of fabrications such as films for packaging, yarn for carpets and fabrics, and for mouldings and extrusions in the production of car bumpers and dashboards.

Titan Chemicals' production site in Malaysia consists of ten process facilities, two co-generation plants and 3 tank farms. They are located on an approximately 300 acres of land on 5 sites in Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Langsat in the state of Johor. Underground pipelines, shared utilities and controls enable facilities on these sites to operate as a single integrated petrochemicals complex.  Vertical integration of olefins and polyolefin production has enabled Titan Chemicals to add value and realize gains along the value chain while our customers have the assurance of consistent quality and dependable supply. This integration facilitates higher operating rates and cushions the impact of cyclicality.

In Indonesia, Titan Chemicals' production site consists of 2 process facilities, one in Merak with three operating lines producing polyethylene, and the other process facilities located in Curug, producing BOPP.
