Tank Farms and Jetty Facilities

Titan Chemicals owns and operates three tank farms on land leased from Johor Port Bhd (JPB) for the storage of naphtha and intermediate products, with a total storage capacity of 74,000 MT per year.  The tank farms and their pipelines can operate independently in case of failure as there are back-up contingencies in all tank facilities

Titan Chemicals has shared access to two jetties at Pasir Gudang as well as dedicated access to a third jetty operated by Johor Port Berhad (JPB) for importing feedstock and exporting products. One of these jetties is accessible to long range international vessels (LRI), which can handle cargo up to 55,000 MT.  The larger cargo size allowed by the jetties results in lower naphtha shipping costs compared to smaller vessels.
