Titan appoints Muhammad Fauzi Ghani as New Chief Financial Officer
Titan announced today the appointment of Encik Muhammad Fauzi Abd Ghani as its
new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).
Prior to his appointment with Titan, En.Muhammad Fauzi was Head of Strategic and
Business Development of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad (formerly known as
Harrisons Malaysian Plantation Berhad). En. Muhammad Fauzi has over nineteen
years experience in the corporate and finance sector, with vast knowledge in a
diverse range of industries such as banking, taxation, telecommunications and
logistics and inventory management.
Mr. Donald Condon, Managing Director, Titan said, “We are extremely excited to
have En. Muhammad Fauzi on our team. We wish to extend a warm welcome to the
Titan family and look forward to working closely, towards the vision of
reinforcing Titan’s position as one of the leading olefins and polyolefins
manufacturers in South East Asia”.

workforce. En. Muhammad Fauzi will be an integral part of this team”.
En. Muhammad Fauzi completed his first degree in Commerce at the University of
Western Australia. He currently holds a Masters of Business Administration from
the Ohio University and is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (“CPA”).
En. Muhammad Fauzi said, " I am thrilled to be part of the Titan team. Titan
Chemicals is clearly a domestic market leader with a stable customer base, one
of the best facilities in the region and are well positioned in key export
markets.”
