Titan names CIMB and Goldman Sachs as Financial Advisers

Titan, Malaysia's first and largest integrated producer of olefins and polyolefins and second largest polyolefins producer in Southeast Asia, today announced the appointment of Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (CIMB) and Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte Ltd (Goldman Sachs) as financial advisers for a potential listing on Bursa Malaysia. 

“We are encouraged by the steady improvement in our financial performance and prevailing market conditions,” said Mr Donald M. Condon, Jr., Managing Director of Titan.

He added that both CIMB and Goldman Sachs are optimistic that options open to Titan, including a possible public listing on Bursa Malaysia can be brought to fruition in the near future.
